This campaign stopped my scroll. I wasn't shopping for furniture, but it still pulled me in.
That's what great creative does. It earns the attention of people who aren’t even looking.
The concept and filmic execution is as premium as the product itself.
In 2026, advertising competes with entertainment. Before it can sell, it has to earn attention.
I'm not suggesting every designer brand should make a surreal film. But every brand should aspire to create work that's truly high-end and impossible to ignore.
Daring for Decor
High-end interiors, high-end film
Luxury is already shifting away from what Deloitte calls "prestige dilution"—towards fewer, more considered brand expressions where craftsmanship, culture and artistic direction carry greater weight. Every creative decision, including the equipment used to capture a film, becomes part of the brand expression.
For designer interior products, there's an opportunity to push deeper into premium cinematic storytelling: creating films that immerse audiences in the emotional world of a space, designed as immaculately as the pieces themselves, to elevate brand perception and move prdo.
Soft Truths
An original concept by Engstrom
A wry, entertaining campaign built around the idea of "Soft Truths." On beautifully crafted designer sofas, people deliver awkward, brutally honest observations that land much softer, simply because of the ultra soft couch they’re sitting on. The comfort of the furniture becomes the catalyst for conversations that would otherwise be difficult to have.
The tone is sophisticated, understated and dryly humorous—designed to feel less like a standard campaign and more like engaging filmic content that pulls attention while emphasising the product benefits—in this case and impossibly soft couch.
Campaign Studio
Every frame would be crafted to the highest cinematic standard, captured on ARRI cameras giving the campaign the visual language of luxury fashion and prestige cinema.
The campaign would effortlessly extend across social and look to interrupt the scroll, quietly drawing attention to the product.
Engstrom works as a hybrid offering of Advertising agency & Production company. This is an end-to-end creative full service offering from concept to final edit.
